Homem morre atropelado no dia do aniversário na zona rural de Inhuma

Na noite desta quarta-feira (21), um trágico acidente resultou na morte de Gonçalo de Souza Oliveira, de 51 anos, na zona rural de Inhuma, Piauí. A fatalidade ocorreu justamente no dia em que Gonçalo completava mais um ano de vida.

De acordo com as informações apuradas, Gonçalo estava na companhia de um amigo na localidade Canto, nas proximidades do povoado Alegrete. Após passarem algum tempo juntos, Gonçalo seguiu na garupa da moto do amigo. Ao chegarem à residência deste, e enquanto estacionavam, Gonçalo foi atingido por um veículo que não parou para prestar socorro, fugindo do local imediatamente após o acidente.

O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) foi chamado, mas, ao chegar ao local, Gonçalo já havia falecido.

Até o momento, o veículo e o condutor responsáveis pelo atropelamento não foram identificados. O caso está sendo investigado pela Polícia Civil, que busca esclarecer as circunstâncias do acidente e localizar o responsável.
