Homem é preso por posse irregular de arma de fogo na zona rural de Picos

Na manhã desta quarta-feira, 26 de junho, um homem identificado pelas iniciais E.C.O, de 61 anos, foi preso por posse irregular de arma de fogo, acessório ou município de uso permitido. O fato aconteceu no povoado Curralinho, zona rural de Picos.

Conforme a 3ª Companhia do Batalhão Especializado de Policiamento do Interior (BEPI), a equipe recebeu uma denúncia que o suspeito estaria disparando com uma arma de fogo no local citado. Logo, a equipe se deslocou para o local para averiguar os fatos.

Segundo o BEPI, ao chegar no local, foi avistado o suspeito e realizada a abordagem padrão, onde foi possível avistar uma espingarda no interior do estabelecimento. Em seguida, foi procedido com à busca e encontrado um revólver calibre 38.

Na ocasião, foram apreendidos os seguintes materiais: 01 revólver calibre 38; 01 espingarda calibre 36; 15 munições intactas calibre 36; 06 munições intactas calibre 38 e 04 munições deflagradas calibre 36.

Diante dos fatos, todo o material e o suspeito foram encaminhados a Central de Flagrantes de Picos para adoção dos procedimentos cabíveis.
