Foragido da Justiça, acusado de assassinato é preso em São Julião

O Batalhão Especializado de Policiamento do Interior (BEPI) capturou um homem foragido da Justiça.

De acordo com o comandante da 3ª Companhia do BEPI, capitão Gilson Xavier, E. de A. S. estava homiziado em uma residência, no bairro São Vicente, na cidade de São Julião, quando recebeu voz de prisão.

Contra ele havia um mandado de prisão em aberto. A prisão aconteceu na tarde desta sexta-feira, 31 de maio.

Após localização e captura, E. de A. S. foi encaminhado para a Delegacia de Polícia de Fronteiras.

Ele responde pelo assassinato de José Wennys Bezerra, de 35 anos. O crime aconteceu no dia 04 de junho de 2023, um domingo a tarde. Wennys de Rivaldo como era conhecido, foi atingido em sua residência com pelo menos cinco disparos e morreu no local, conforme a polícia na época.
